This is the 2nd time my order was wrong. Ordered a grilled chicken club and I get a chicken salad sandwhich instead. And they want tip money when you pay? Ha. Worker didn't even want to scan my phone for points. Had to do it myself. Just not the same place as it once was.

We decided to go here since we were in the area. After looking at the big menu of options we each selected something different (grilled cheese, nachos, salad, wrap). Everyone was happy with their selections except my son with his grilled cheese. However, I think it was because he wasn't very hungry. We will be back and try something else off of the menu. Friendly service too!! Menu has some vegetarian options. UPDATE: For a month or so they had a chimichurri plant base chicken sandwich, it was fantastic!! Sadly it sounds like they are getting rid of it. I really hope they bring this back as an option for salads, wraps, etc.

The staff was attentive and fast. Food was 4 out of 5 stars but the Cesar salad tasted like something from a salad kit you make at home. Nothing special. On the other hand the Mac and cheese was rich and creamy and super delicious. Great new option for the McHenry County area!
