My husband and I purchased a table and chairs back in May of 2021. We received the table and 4 chairs but are still waiting on the bench. I was initially told it was on backorder and would be here in August. I was fine with that. I understand the pandemic had a lot of impact on deliveries. I called at the end of July and I was told it wouldn't be here until December, I called at the end of November, I was told it wouldn't be here until March, I called today and was told April! How many times is this going to happen????? How can NO ONE GIVE ME AN ANSWER AS TO WHEN IT WILL BE HERE???? And customer service is a joke!!! Always quick to blame the vendor...How about you call them! Do not buy from here unless it is in stock!!!! And they are not willing to go the extra mile to help resolve a legitimate customer concern like this one!! I would give 0 stars if possible!!!

I just bought a living room set with Jasmine's help, she was the BEST furniture salesperson I have encountered in my many years of buying furniture! She was knowledgeable, patient, listened to what I said, and just the right amount of helpful without being pushy. She made the experience of buying furniture quickly, during a nationwide shortage, actually easy and pleasant. I couldn't recommend her more!

The Roomplace's furniture is just a piece of toffee and its protection plan is just a joke!!! I bought the reclining sofa and its protection plan (by Guardian) in November 2017. The reclining back of the sofa was broken in 3 month. I called the store for repair but was told it was not covered by the manufacturers warranty. I called the Guardian and again was told it was not covered by the protection plan. When being pursued to buy the protection plan, I was told the plan had a good coverage for failures and damages. When calling for repair, I was refused while they hadn't even seen the sofa for an evaluation about the failure or damage.
