The first time was a bad experience since it seems as though this site does not store enough vehicles at the location and the vehicle was not clean and had an oil change light. The 2nd experience was great though! Every experience has seemed to have gotten better. I believe the first was maybe an anomaly but they do neeed to inspect the cleanliness of their vehicles.

The Manager, Yianni, is as efficient, pleasant, and knowledgeable as one could possibly be. There is a shortage of rental cars, there's not a lot he can do about that, but he does follow up on phone calls and requests and he's working hard, he's no slacker! I appreciate all of his efforts and hard work and definitely would recommend this Enterprise location! 11/15/21 Update. When somebody works as hard and as honestly as Yianni does, he needs some recognition! My credit card listed a charge of $400+ for my rental. That made no sense to me. I called my insurance company. They had questions so I called Yianni. He looked up information, told me about a notation on the invoice, emailed me the breakdown of the bill, and explained that bill to me. He even expressed empathy to me with regards to my insurance challenge. I passed this info on to my insurance and within an hour I received an email saying they paid it. So once again, I appreciate Yianni's efficient, pleasant and knowledgeable hard work and in this day and age, I REALLY appreciate his trustworthiness! I was a fan before, I'm an even bigger fan now!

Awesome service and great car. Would recommend if you're looking for a loaner vehicle for a weekend road trip or whatever else. Told the wife we need to buy one of these lol.

2 years ago we rented a 15 passenger van. Upon picking the vehicle up, I was forced to wait for an entire 2 hours as the vehicle was being transported to that pick-up location. When the van arrived, it had NOT been washed as the exterior was full of bugs and mud but also the interior had trash all over and had NOT been vacuumed and was super low on gas. Being late already and pressed for time, I took the van, loaded all my people into it, filled it up with gas and washed the windshield before leaving town. We missed our registration/check-in at our arrival destination including dinner and it was a mess. The next year, I thought "maybe they just had a bad day and it's not normally like that, after all, I've used Enterprise before for personal stuff and they were fine..." Next year rolls around, same trip; this time they double book our reservation so we're out a 15 passenger van and a mini van. This time, they tried to make it right by giving us 3 minivans but that would mean all my leaders would've had to drive. So, we switched to Mayfair Rent a Car in Waukesha, WI had an absolutely wonderful experience with them and we were placed on the Executive Program and we started using them exclusively the next couple years. Mayfair was awesome as they put trailer hitches on all of their 12 and 15 passenger vans which allowed us to pull a trailer before. Enterprise does NOT put any hitches on their vehicles, I'm assuming because of some policy, which now forces us to rent another passenger vehicle to simply transport luggage. Then, this year I find out that Enterprise bought Mayfair which is extremely disappointing, frustrating, and unfortunate because now I'm stuck finding another vehicle that can transport people and luggage without breaking the bank. Not to mention I lost Mayfair's service, ease, and their rates which were so much better. I guess we'll see how this year goes, time will tell...
