Ate here a couple of decades ago. It was so bad that we never went back. Decided to give it another try. Some OK, some awful. Requests for no carrots and no bamboo shoots were totally ignored. Main ingredient of egg rolls seems to be oil. It's a hard time for MANY restaurants; staff is hard to find, and often unqualified. But in the East Troy/Mukwonago area, we will never stray from Chen's again.

This place rivals the best in the world! When I worked in the area, my company would regularly vote for this at company events. My favorite is their spicy crispy chicken. Excellent family owned and operated, plenty of food, and supremely delicious!

Everything was great. I had the Szechuan tofu and the other family members had the sweet and sour chicken. We got so much more food than we expected and it was delish! We'll definitely be coming back.
