Stranded and Richland center the other night the actual local Walmart closed at 11:00 a person that happened to be an overnight stocker came out had a cigarette went back in because of that woman in the Richland center overnight department of stocking I got what I needed and I was able to get from Richland center back to viroqua totally awesome service even when they're closed

Had a very rude experience when I was checking out instead of waiting for me to finish checking out load my groceries and move I was told that they would just move my cart and not worry about it I'll live all because employee who is off duty was looking for a certain beverage and apparently it was only in the cooler by me sold on duty employee took it upon herself to move my shopping cart normally wouldn't be a big deal but when they go ahead and don't ask and just move it and when you say something they tell you you'll live do not find that very nice or helpful in any way

Employee laziness in customer services.only disagreeing with customers and making them feel helpless. Older employees tell you you're wrong when they don't know facts. I bought Google play 50$ card and Wasnt activated at register. I can't get$ back and costs to go on app. No help at all

They keep pretty well stocked compared to other Walmarts, and I feel they do a better job cleaning than many of the Walmarts I've been to. The new parking lot is a nightmare and I've been avoiding this location because of it. Walmart quality is what it is, it'll get you through a minute but shop elsewhere for quality. No pasta noodles or the shelf 3.19.22
