Food is usually done right when through the app, customer service is absolutely horrible. Employees are rude, snooty, act like they're on the top of the world and better than you in every way (mostly the younger employees but isn't just them). Besides that the food is usually good, screw ups on orders are rare.

We were just passing through but this was the best food I've gotten from McDonald's in years. I even had a slight issue with my order bring wrong but the problem was resolved and I had my corrected sandwich in about 3 minutes. The mistake is super common too...I order a double quarter pounder deluxe and either the cashier says the can't make it or the kitchen sees "deluxe" and makes a single out of habit. To top it all off they completely remade my sandwich instead of slopping on another patty. Kudos 👏 to the staff working lunch on 4/25

Went there on 2/28 to get food and they told me they went not taking orders at this time and they had an hour left till closing. Soon as I pull away I see the man that said that going outside to smoke. Now I've got a very upset family!

They forgot to give me our fries in the drive-thru. Then we drove back thru again. It took over 20 minutes from start to finish to get all of our food. By the time we got our fries, the rest of our food was cold. That's Ridiculous for a "fast" food joint!!!!!
