I enjoyed eating here! I got a Cajun chicken sandwich which was super good. My husband got some sort of pulled pork, which we assumed would be amazing because it is one of their main sandwiches, but the meat was very dry. It was like that, and the Mac n cheese, had been sitting out for a while. We would try here again, but probably will stay away from their main dishes to see if some other meats are more juicy and fresh. Overall a good experience, made comfortable and pleasing by the wait staff and quick serving.

Great food. Great service. Only beer & wine licenses; no cocktails. Love the roll of paper towels at each table (you'll need it). Nice "country shed" motif decor but all those knick-knacks, antique objects, & displays make me wonder about who cleans & dusts all that stuff hanging over my food; how well & how often. Highly recommended the many styles of ribs & the brisket pieces. Corn bread is wonderful too.

Our server was excellent, which is the reason for getting any stars. He definitely earns his Money! He should get a raise! I have been a huge fan in the past of Famous Dave's, but lately, I have seen just a steady decline in the quality of their meats overall. It has really been a hit or miss with their rib tips. As far as this visit with this store goes, the rib tips were very dry. With the rib tips, I felt like I was eating warm beef jerky. It was just super tough and really dry, and I am not exaggerating on this. The burnt ends were not really burnt ends, it looks like just regular chopped meat that they pass off as burnt ends, but that was not the burnt ends I used to get that were fabulous before! Anyone who has gotten these in the past will know what I am talking about. (I should have taken a picture, i regret that now)The brisket had a ton of fat in them, was just a totally inferior quality from what I had before. The catfish was still good as well as the sides. Although I also see a much smaller portions of those as well. Famous Dave's used to have high quality meat, but I can really tell the difference of the shortcuts being made now. Also either the training and standards in the kitchen is either not being held up, or their is poor training going on. On a total corporate level, whatever decisions to make more profit with inferior products will eventually lead to loss if customers. It is better to have a better product and keep all of your regulars. I might give them one more chance to get this meat right, or else they will totally get dropped from my going out to eat list, I would almost rather buy a McRib from McDonald's, because the experience will be better with that "soy pork" being as cheap as it is than paying for a good meal and walking away a total disappointment. I always finish my food, but this is the first time I have not..... in years. I hope this feedback helps ones to see where they need to improve, being it was one of my favorite places to go to at one time. This is a chain that I wish would get their standards back up to par!

First time ever eating at a Famous Dave's and it was amazing! Scott F. Was our server and he was super helpful and friendly. Got our refills right away and knew the menu well. Recommend the bread pudding for desert and it did not disappoint. So yummy!
