Met with BFF for a nosh and ordered cod dinner. It is one of my favorites - fish was crisp and fresh, fries likewise, and their coleslaw is just as I like it, cold and crisp, rather sweet. Of course the hamburgers are stellar, sometimes it's nice to change things up.

This culvers always goes above and beyond. They truly shined today when they messed up our drive thru order. We said we'd take our order as is but they insisted on fixing it for us. I have never had a bad experience at this location.

They didn't put our cheese curds in the bag when we went to the drive thru. I can forgive that, mistakes happen. Discovered this after we got home. Normally I check the bag before departing the drive thru, but was in a hurry and did not this time. We ate, then I drove back to get the cheese curds that we paid for. We live close by. I brought the receipt. Was basically interrogated by the staff when I told them that they forgot to put the cheese curds in the bag. Apparently there has been a wave of cheese curd thieves, and "next time you need to bring the bag and call ahead". Wow. No "sorry we forgot to put them in the bag, have a nice night", which seems like it would be more appropriate. I did present them with the receipt. I do not appreciate being treated like someone who is scheming to get free cheese curds. Not my style. Also, the reason I ordered cheese curds is because this location always burns the french fries. Culvers of Verona is the worst Culvers in the area. Won't be back. Used to be great, with wonderful employees, but not anymore.

Pleasant and efficient staff. Almost every order comes out accurate and the food is what's to be expected. Had only one problem with an order and it was cleared up by a friendly manager. This is our restaurant should be run.
