Ordered a pizza and it was way more expensive then we thought. Canceled the order the the guy was absolutely rude. Just hung up on me when I mentioned canceling so I had to call back and had a very poor attitude. Sounds like they need new management and new employees.

I've never had food delivered to me at a hotel from a restaurant that was hot.... Until today. Our pizza and papadia arrived in less time than was quoted and was piping hot and delicious. Will order from here again for sure.

Very slow. Ordered in app.. 12 to 24 minutes until ready. Arrived at 28 min. Pizza not even in oven. Took another 12 minutes until they put in oven. Took 58 minutes from time of order until ready at counter. My order was a large cheese pizza. Crazy. At least it tasted good.

I ordered a pizza online and it stated that it would be over 2 hours for delivery. When I try to contact the restaurant to change my order to carry out, no one would answer the phones. I called repeatedly and it constantly rang and then put on hold up to 20 + minutes. Of course, I hung up after 20 minutes of holding. I went to the restaurant to speak to someone to change my order in hopes that it would be ready sooner. No. I still waited over 2 hours. And when I went inside the store there were quite a lot of flies in the kitchen. When I finally did receive my order, the pizza was actually really good.
