the waitresses here are rude and slow, but when it comes to their own ethnicity they are quick with it, if you are going to run a business you must treat all race equally not just your ethnicity. it took forever to get seated but when someone came in of their race they got seated quick. We also had to wait forever for our food but the people that came in after us got served first, and when we were ready to pay they took the other people's money before us when we were ready to pay before them. the waitress walked off so we had to call her back and said we were ready also and got an eye roll if u can't treat people equally don't work in a perfesonal place .

Had a great time here. The service was fast even though we had a large party. The good was also great! The servers were patient and accommodating.

Clean, haven't been to a IHOP in years. The pancakes were great, eggs and hash brown not so much.

Just explain to me. How. You order the T-bone steak and eggs. How does water end up in the eggs. Eggs that were over easy. Water. The manager was condescending not exactly apologetic. So we got up. And walk out. 1st time there. Last time there. Will not ever recommend.
