I would have to give this CVS location store and pharamacy a one star. If I could give it lower, I would.... The Pharamacy is far worse than the store itself. I'm not sure if it's a staffing issue, incompentant employees or what, but you people should really do a better job and get your act together. Nothing is ready on time, even after waiting a week it's not ready or they're first just getting it ready then once you go in or call...if you can even reach them on the phone... since nobody likes to pick up. It's like the lights are on, but nobody's home? When you call it just seems everyone is absolutely clueless and oblivious to anything you do ask. and what's with the drive thru for the pharmacy always being closed? You have staff here don't you..? They claim things are ready, when they're not, they say they've "called you" but they don't, etc. The list goes on and on, bottom line is do a better job CVS of Sparta. I would expect a lot better service for the Sparta area. It's very disappointing here.

Don’t go here. They won’t tell you if you aren’t in network instead just say the medicine isn’t covered. Rather than informing you it’s out of network and to go somewhere else like normal humans would do for you.

Consistently takes multiple calls from psychiatrist to fill my girlfriends prescriptions. Leaving her with out meds which can cause cause seizures if they are stopped dramatically, which they always are. Putting people in danger smh

Pharmacists know what they're doing, and area helpful and professional. Also, very convenient pharmacy hours! Very happy with them.
