Easy to get what I needed done and the staff was pleasant and friendly. I suggest management do something about the front door, it was impossible to open and seems you need someone outside to open it so if it closes on the staff alone they are in trouble. Hope management fixes a $20 doorknob.

Got there earlier than my schedule and they accommodated me right away. Process took no longer than 15mins and the nice lady who did my fingerprints was very friendly. Didn't have problems finding a parking spot but I did miss the turn for the parking the first time

Had an appointment was seen on time. Even had to run out because i forgot my license and was still seen. I was in and out in 5 minutes or less. Surprised but happy.

Do NOT get fooled by the 4.5 star review for this business. My experience today was much like the other 1 star reviewers. BE FOREWARNED>>>> An appointment here means NOTHING for TSA applications. What the TSA site and email confirmations do NOT tell you is that walk-in customers at this location (7 of them in my case already in the waiting room when I arrived for 4 mins after my confirmed appointment time) have "priority" over people with completed TSA on-line apps who DO have appointments. So IF no walk-ins are waiting when you arrive, you may get in at your confirmed appointment time. But IF there are walk-in people waiting there when you arrive, just get in back of the line. Also, expect to allow EXTRA time to find parking since parking is limited. (I waited for 5 mins to get a spot.) There is 1 ADA spot for a building with 12 - 14 businesses. Signage from the parking area to this office is non-existent. The parking is behind the building and there is a rear entrance to the building up an outdoor staircase. But you only find out that "17 C Woodport Rd" is "ONLY accessible from the front street" once you enter the rear entrance of the building, and the back door entrance is NOT ADA accessible (it's up a flight of steps). There is NO formal "sign-in" procedure once you finally enter the office. However there is a posted sign in the waiting room that reads, "Take a seat and someone will help you shortly". A nasty dispositioned woman stuck her head OUT of her cubical about 5 mins after I arrived and after 2 people arrived after me. She took the name of someone who arrived after me, and when I interjected that my appointment time was before theirs, her response was, "take a seat and wait your turn". So my appointment time 15 mins before that gentleman's meant nothing. (He just happened to be seated closer to her, but his appointment time had not been reached yet when she addressed both of us.) She was nasty. I waited 30 mins in that waiting room and watched people who were there before me and others who arrived after get called in for various services before I finally left to be "on-time for a later appointment". IF this is NOT your closest location for TSA application completion, CHOSE ANOTHER SITE!!!! Or pack a lunch and plan to camp out!

Go on the IdentoGo Website, scroll all the way down to the bottom and find the location in Sparta, NJ (or whichever location is closest to you) and book yourself an appt at that location. It's been busy, so the appts are about 2-3 weeks wait.

Dont worry about it ... they have a list that you sign in on ... they will take you. Just hope your paperwork is right, otherwise they will blame you, screw you out of your money, and turn you away. Horrid company!
