I had The worst experience ever in this 7 eleven this morning the guy at the counter old man took everyone checked everyone out that came in after me I was waiting to play lottery I even advised him that I was there waiting to play lottery he looked at me didn't even say anything and kept scanning the people at the counter even when people came in after me that was very not professional and I know that because I work retail as well I am a manger at a retail store I will no longer be going in that 7 eleven anymore because of him I actually left without playing my lottery he needs to not work there if he doesn't know how retail is.

Did not really care for customers rude service and was on the phone but My past experiences with 7-Eleven have been good. In Washington New Jersey they had great service

I have been going here for years and i never pay too much mind to the unnecessarily ornry nightime guy as i am from new york and can respect a little rudeness from time to time. But i am under the impression that this isn't just your standard grump with a heart of gold. He is rude beyond comprehension, his tone is tinged with wayyyyyy to much violence to be in customer service and i suspect he is a raging misogynist which is why he looks upon anything female with disgust and anger. I told him today that i have been coming here for years and you have always been rude and maybe you shouldn't be so rude to customers and he flipped on me. He just oozes disgust for the people who come in and maybe he has been in that position so long he needs a change of scenery because as a female coming into a 7 eleven in the middle of the night i dont need to feel threatened by someone who looks upon me and speaks down to me and is disrespectful towards me when i politely point out that being rude to locals isnt always smart. I have ignored his rudeness for many years and i finally saying something about it a few minutes ago and he harangued me in the store to the point that i was in tears. He said i have no business talking to him. I shouldn't say this over and over and all i said was maybe you shouldn't be so rude. So he rudely lit into me. Idk who the owners are or the managers but im sure he is a beloved curmudgeon to many in this town but to some females he is a misogynist and should not be encouraged or allowed to be so disrespectful and rude to the customers. It is the only 24 hour place near and many people are forced to deal with someone who has no business treating people so violently with their energy and demeanor. Especially when it is concentrated towards women. He has a smile and some meekness when the men come around but seems to be unable to transfer that behavior to anything female. Whoever the manager is. We will be sleaking later. And i want audio and video of my interaction with your employee on this day Aug 1 around 5:30 am because i want it to be heard how he reacted and spoke to me when i had the audacity to mention his rudeness.

This is one of the worst 7-Elevens I’ve ever been to. It’s filthy inside. There was a puddle of water on the floor in the middle of one of the aisle with no sign. The entire floor needed a desperate mopping. The hot food (hotdogs/tacitos) looked too old to eat. I went to get some ice cream from the freezer and noticed that two different containers of the same ice cream where two different colors, I took a closer look and one of them looked like it had melted at some point and then was refrozen, it was now freezer burned (garbage). The nighttime employee there was rude to every customer that came to the register including me. I’d rather drive a little further to another store than to ever come here again.
