Employees bring their kids to work and let them run all over and scream at each other. They took up all the indoor seats, I had to go sit in my 100+° car. So much for being the customer

Not sure what the issue in this establishment is. We paid the attendant to wash and fold our clothes at the rate advertised. This is the first time we have used this service. Dropped off the clothes, picked them up and received a text message from the attendant thanking us for the “tip”. We did not tip this person. Partially because we did not know this service called for a tip and also because she was so nasty that we wouldn’t even have thought to give her one!! SHE TEXTED MY HUSBAND PERSONAL CELL PHONE SARCASTICALLY THANKING HIM FOR THE TIP AFTER WE PICKED UP OUR CLOTHES. WHAT A PROBLEMATIC PERSON. I am not sure who the owner of this establishment is but that woman is going to get your business in trouble one day. I will not forget the time I went and she opened the dryer on a customer so their time could run out and she could use the machine. When the customer confronted her she started speaking about the customer to another customer in Spanish. Terrible! Service! Period!

The fact that they are open 24 hrs I love it. An charging outlet would be a plus.
