I came to get an online order and they forgot to give me 34 wings in total because the cashier forgot to give me the bag. That wasn’t the part that upset me, everyone in there when they heard I was missing wings started shaking their head like I was lying. I paid $55 for some wings you best believe ima get ‘em and if I’m willing to pay $55 for wings what makes you think I’m about to lie

Fries Had Lemon Pepper Seasoning On The Fries & Nothing On The Wings … Every Second The Guy Was On The Phone Talking… Line Was Long & He’s Walking Around Laughing & What Not !! Very Disappointed I Didn’t Know That’s How Y’all Train Them To Be & Treat Others ! & Who Closes The Store An Hour & A Half Before 11

I placed an order with WingStop online today. Unfortunately, I received the incorrect items. I called the store, the manager JaQuan (I hope I spelled it right), was very concerned and accommodating. He resolved the issue and I'll be picking up my order shortly. Great customer service and care! Another shinning star in a world where good customer service seems to be a dying practice!!!!!

I usually order wings from the Southpoint location and they are always in point today I ordered from the Duke St. Location because it's close to my job. I should have listened to my coworker, the wings were horrible. When I placed my order it was for 10 half garlic parietal, half lemon pepper and I wanted them crispy to be well done. When I got back to work I pulled the container out the bag it was slightly tilted, grease came out the container ruining my jeans. The wings were not crispy and neither had a taste to them. I will not go back there!
