Order food on the app only to find out when I go to pick it up they said they're only making pepperoni or plain cheese pizzas. No special items. Like wings,bread or cheese sticks

Not much to say about this place that hasn't been said already in a recent 1-start review. But, I placed my order on the app, thinking that the less I had to interact with the staff there, the better. Order pizza, they'll put it in that tower thing, I get it, and leave. Easy peasy, right? Instead, I order, get a message saying my order is ready but can't be put in the tower so go talk to someone. I talked to the cashier and she directed me to an employee standing near the tower. I tried to give her my order number, but she talked over me and said "No, what did you order?", as if my order number were the most meaningless thing in the world. When I told her, she immediately threw her hands in the air, and began to turn away from me, while telling me they don't carry that product anymore and I'd have to "go online" to figure out how to get a refund. I had no clue what was happening, but as I began asking for info, her voice raised to me and other employees began chiming in and escalating the situation. Honestly, if they had said "Hey, man, we're sorry - the owner was supposed to get that removed from the system, but unfortunately we can't make that", I'd have been like "damn, well, that sucks, but I know it's not your fault. Give me a hot-n-ready instead". But, instead, they painted the picture that I'd done wrong and they couldn't be bothered to assist me in any way. Within 60 seconds of approaching the tower girl, I realized that this was going to spin out of control, so I left, with nothing in my hands, even though I paid for it. The only "apology" I got was from, I believe, the manager as I was exiting, who gave me a sarcastic "sorry sir, have a nice day" as I left. Completely insane. Now, I have called 3 times asking for the owner's info, and have been assured someone would return my call, but no one has.

Won't make items that are advertised on menu because of lazyness has happened multiple times from the bacon wrapped pizza to now the batman pizza poor service and excuse from them. They only won't to make the easy fast items.

Just had an incident with this place last week because they refuse to make me fresh wings they kept trying to give me old ones including the manager he never wanted to come resolve the matter until I kept demanding my money back and still insisted to try and still tried to talk me into getting the wings. They don’t want to answer the phone and seem like they don’t want to work. They are very immature and it starts with the Caucasian manager with glasses and he’s young and don’t care let the employees do what they want to do. No type of structure and Authority. Absolute worst place ever. District manager should really Monitor the cameras on their employees.
