Today is the LAST time I ordered Pizza at this place. They made my order wrong, and when I called them back to inform them, the first employee that answered the phone disconnected the call, and I was NOT rude, the second one, who was the manager of the store, was not helpful. More, the prior ordered, I placed, they burned the pizza, and I thought; I will give it another try, since I live a minute from them. I will NOT order from this place again. I am disappointed in the two employees that answered the phone. It was a HORRIBLE experience! Carol.

We love Randy's pizzas. Lately when we go for pizza we all order subs. Great pasta also. I really like eating there with family and friends. Very casual atmosphere. Staff are quick to eat food out. Like every other business, they have had to increase their prices. But they are still reasonable.

I’ve been going here regularly for 7 years, and never made a fuss if they messed something up ‘cause they always fixed it. Tonight our pizza got crushed. I called to complain, sat on hold over 5 minutes, texted a pic of the mangled food to the “manager”, never got an apology. She would only refund money for pizza, not whole order. I used an online coupon for the pizza, so I said that wouldn’t do. And I had pre-tipped the driver $7. The manager was difficult, unhelpful, unsympathetic and uncompromising. I’ll go to Italian Pizzaria on Roxboro from now on. All over a $26 order. Service has gone way down hill.

Fast and friendly service on getting a slice of pizza. Sauce is good. Dough .. hmmm ok.. However, I must have a different expectation of what extra cheese is on a slice of pizza. And No….this is not a fluke, wrong order or order mishap. This is three times in a row. This is what the staff is trained to cook and the standard of what extra cheese should be on a slice of pizza. This is their standard slice of cheese pizza WITH extra cheese. Really and won’t never know what the regular cheese is or even the “extra” cheese will ever be.
