Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

I am a royalty member and I went for my birthday burger. The restaurant was short on staff in the mid afternoon. It was not busy and we had to wait for a table about 10 minutes which is understandable nowadays. The server was prompt and drink orders filled. The burgers were delicious but the fries were warm. It took a few more minutes to get the cheese sauce I ordered. Drink refills took longer than expected. A large party was sat nearby and needed a lot of attention at that time. Not a bad experience, just nit a great one.

It's ok. I had a bacon cheese burger. Seemed small. Tasted ok. The fries were pretty cool. Server never checked on me after food arrived. No drink refill. Paid at the table and left. My opinion is that it is over priced.

My order was not received well over the phone and I went in person to find out the order was not made via the call center . But the size of the wings is horrible. For the price this is ridiculous . Sad

This was my kid's first experience here at Red Robin and unfortunately it was not the best one. Our waiter while we understand was new made a lot of noticeable as well as avoidable mistakes. We got our food in a very speedy time however we received our drinks 20 minutes after receiving our food. Not to mention he did not come back around to see if we wanted any more of the bottomless fries and or refills. We've seen people who came in after us get their drinks and their food so that part was unfortunate. The food was good the manager was really nice she gave us two dessert cards however I feel like our experience should have been a lot better. We were extremely patient and we still left him an incredible tip just to show good faith.
