I eat here so often and every time the staff is friendly and the food is delicious. Today, I thought the regular sized meal wasn’t adequate and I asked the manager, Matt. He quickly prepared us an extra order and made the best Japanese pan noodles. Small gestures but impactful. Customer service is exemplary here! Thank you.

We are frequent customers of this store. Have had multiple online pickup orders made without meat, which isn’t a big deal if it’s rectified. This particular time, we attempted to contact the store to receive a credit, but their phone line just hangs up when you dial 0 for assistance from a store employee. Contacted Noodles and Company central customer service, which then told us they can’t do anything (as they are also unable to reach the store, having the same hang-up issue) but have us go back to the store since we can’t reach them otherwise. Appalling/nonexistent customer service. Will not be ordering again.

I had the Pesto Cavatappi with grilled chicken and it was really tasty!! My son had the spaghetti and meatballs and it was okay to me but he didn't particularly like it. I'd personally come back again.

This is my go to place for a quick dinner. Love the Japanese pan noodles and the truffle sauce Mac and cheese. Try adding crispy jalapenos and peanuts to the noodles. Delicious 😋
