Last week they were out of chicken. Of course they don't tell you this until you've been stuck in the drive thru line for 30 minutes.Out of tacos too, I left. It appeared the whole crew was at the back door smoking. Today they had a chicken pot pie, I had a coupon for the $5 fill up. Let them know when I ordered I had it. Get to the window they say there are no more $5 fill ups it would be $8.62. I showed her the coupon she said it must be expired. I got it out of the mailbox yesterday, expires Aug 26, 2022. She said let me get my boss.10 minutes later the manager fixed my coupon/ total. The other gal gets my pot pie and says have a good night. I asked where's my drink and cookie. She handed me a cookie. They had no drinks or bottled water, said the previous shift didn't change out the syrup and been out of bottled water for a while. I am not even going to try again. This store is horribly managed and obviously the owners don't care.

The customer service is beyond bad, my cousin (he has Tourette’s, and extremely bad anxiety) tried to place an order after 6 mins he tried to get there attention and he got snapped at by the worker and after a few more mins he asked very rudely what he wanted he gave the order the best he could (again he has Tourette’s) and after he gave the order he asked “is that all” and before he has time to answer he raised his voice and asked again we got to the window and it went smoothly from there but I’ve been there on other occasions and I can say the customer service is terrible. Very bad look for the chain in general

This KFC is horrible!!! I've gone there multiple times after 11am and they are not open. I went there yesterday, waited in a long line at the drive thru, get to the speaker to place my order to be told the system was down! I was livid. Nothing posted or anything indicating there was a problem. Unsure what the problem is but they really need to get it together!

I know it’s not “healthy food”, but common it’s KFC! Finger licking good (TM). One can indulge from time to time even old chronically ill fogie like myself. Fried chicken is great reflecting the KFC standard. The drawback is LONG wait (30 minutes average) but this is is because there are many customers willing to wait so long. That is the BEST TESTIMONY.
