One of the men's bathroom faucets and paper dispensor did not work. There was a longer than expected line to check out. The drink coolers and snack asiles were stocked.

I live nearby and have generally appreciated this Sheetz. Good selection inside and multiple (though almost always all in use) pumps outside. Lately, shelves have been empty for days at a time, though this could be due to supply chain issues. Moreover, the soft serve machine is “closed for cleaning” at almost all times. Anybody gonna clean it?

Sad! I went to go get gas today I was in the area thank God I live no where never that pathetic gas station. I walk in with 3 five dollar bills and request $15 on pump 1. There was no line so a young white male with a beard took my money he even repeated pump 1. I walk back outside to pump my gas and the pump says it’s not authorized and I need to pay so I hang the pump back up and try again so then I walk back in the store stood at the door and ask the same guy can he please turn my pump on because I’m in a rush, I even told him again I’m on pump #1.I went back to to my car and he still didn’t turn it on so at this point I’m livid. So I went back in a yelled asking why my pump was not on and at this point to refund me so I can go to another gas station. So the white male was walking away from the register a older white female was at the register. I didn’t approach the register until assuming a manager which was a white female in a grey shirt comes from the back . I told her I’m not sure why they are refusing to turn my pump I paid. Which there are clearly cameras in the store. She asked me what pump I was on and I told her pump 1 she is proceeding to keep telling me to calm down I was already calm and told her that this was my 3rd time coming into the store. She told me no money was put on pump #1 so at this point I’m past mad. I told her I gave the guy 3 $5 bills so now I am thinking the cashier stole my money like a idiot or he put it on the wrong pump. Either way I paid. I keep telling the lady I just want a refund so I can take my business else where. When she hand me my money she holds it’s and tells me to calm down at which I had been calm and I just want my money back she kept acting like she was trying to assert some type of authority over me. She failed to realized they were in the wrong and she has no right to tell me how to feel. So I took my money and left. They all should be fired I will be reaching out to corporate.
