Ordered through the app. It said 5 minute wait but ended up being 25. That was a small order, house was not busy and multiple customers went in and got their orders before me. Food was good tho

This place is horrible the chicken is always undercooked they'll sell you old wings with new sauce and get the prices wrong to confuse you it's best to avoid this place the inside is very nasty

The worst!!!! What happened to customer service. When we discovered our order was wrong from the Drive-Through, we went back through and told the attendent she gave me fries instead of what was ordered , Mashed potatoes. Then she told us that we wouldn't be served. Our receipt said mashed potatoes. My wife couldn't believe we were treated with such disrespect. We were approached at the drive thru by two young men and showed them our order and receipt at which time our previous drive thru server shoved the mashed potatoes through the window. WHY MUST A PAYING CUSTOMERS ENDURE SUCH ... Has COVID-19 caused us to believe that this is the level of service to expect in the future?

The dining room was closed, and I walked there with my 2 kids. They let me order at the window. Bad part was they forgot my order of wings. I caught it before we got far away. They were nice and got it fixed right away. It really bothers me that restaurants forget items. I work in food service, so I make my orders clear and understandable. They gave my kids a cookie for the trouble. They're very polite, just work on accuracy. Thanks
