WENT TO ZAXBY'S BETWEEN 3 AND 330 ON THURSDAY OCTOBER 13 ORDERED A 10 PIECE CHICKEN FINGERS .THEY WERE SO TUFF I COULD NOT EVEN EAT THEM.I WILL NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN!

Great food but service needs improvement. Thru6 had put my order in the window to be put in bags and the clerk was texting on her cellphone!! When I was a Manager our company had a no cellphone on the sales floor and I enforced it. Had one employee quit over it!

First time eating at Zaxbys and I was really impressed. Everything was delicious. 😋 Employees were friendly and food came fast. Still love this place after going back a few times. Still great employees.
