If I could give no stars trust me I would. I had booked this inn months in advance for a wedding that was located nearby. I was contacted via text to be told that they were canceling my reservation because they were hosting a wedding that weekend. Management is extremely unprofessional and not helpful. They will now only communicate via text, stating they will assist in finding another hotel to book a reservation but all options are 30-60 minutes away from my wedding venue. I CAUTION YOU TO NEVER BOOK THIS INN! They will clearly take any business thrown their way and will cancel confirmed reservations up until the last moment. I cannot wait to see this establishment close their doors.

Loved this place! Loved that the building is so old and historical. Our room was beautiful. Our bed did sink in the middle, but it was still quite comfortable. Our TV didn't really work. We had to ask an employee to come set it up for us, and sometime after he left, it stopped working again and needed a code. Did not bother me much though. They have Wi-Fi, so you can connect your other gadgets to. Plus, we didn't really hang out in our room. I would love to come back a different season to see what this place looks like underneath all the snow we had.

The room we stayed was not at all as described in their website. It was inside a very old building which was filled with old dust but they just put a bed and TV there. Ignoring their guests health in staying in such an old building that is filled with old dust. They charged more than$200 for what they called "deluxe room". The rooms in that other building where their restaurant located more renovated. Overall, not an honest business. I do not business with dishonest people. I do not recommend it.

Front desk staff were friendly and very accommodating. Place was charming and wonderfully quaint. Room was neat, clean and comfortable with free wifi. Pet friendly allowing my dog to accompany me. Breakfast was a nice surprise with coffee free flowing. Will definitely stay here again in spring to experience the wonderful grounds and town.
