The last couple of cats I have rented wasn't cleaned well and reeked of a smoke smell. Don't know if the small Lysol whip was for me to clean, but no. The last vehicle had oil change message up, brakes grinding on the rotors. Extremely a hazard. Have been disappointed here lately. Just not another rental company to deal with. Wheres the competition???

I'm kinda disappointed because I requested a certain vehicle, even though I was willing to pay extra they still rented out to someone else who was behind me. The vehicle that I have I'm not happy with but they claimed it was in the same category as the one I requested. I doubt it. Might have to call their corporate office to make a complaint.

Very unprofessional . Tell you to come pick up your car on Saturday before 12 gives you your confirmation number and everything thing and then call you and say oh we don’t have any cars 🤦🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️ How dumb is that And just rode by there and they are loaded with cars .

Needed a car bad on a Thursday evening talked to a nice gentleman on the selection that they had, I ended up having the vehicle that fit me reserved in a timely manner. Upon arrival I was greeted by nice men outside detailing cars, nice environment as well as employers. I will continue to rent cars from this establishment in the future when needed.
