If" Lowe's I mprovement would Take The Time and PRICE there merchandise they would be a better store. U exhaust urself by trying to find some help. Then when finally u do, they don't know nothing. The Plant section is the worst place to find prices. Correct this and and they'd be a better place to shop.

Had a great experience here, I believe Richard was the assistant store manager. As short handed as they were, he went over and beyond to help me find the right piece I needed for my fence. Great customer service, I’ll always shop this Lowes.

I buy all my appliances from Lowes but as usual the third party delivery didn’t work out. After driving 300 miles to be sure I’m there to receive delivery I was told my washer wasn’t on truck. Even though I confirmed the day before. Talked with Steve in delivery and explained to him I needed to leave to go back home. In a hour or so I got a call back from Steve that he had found someone to help him and he was on the way with my washer. Once at my house Steve and Marshall took get pain and time to be sure my washer was put in the house and hooked up with no issues. That is customer service! Great job Steve and Marshall. And thank you for words you don’t hear anymore. Which were Thank you for your business as they left.
