I highly recommend Enterprise in Dunn. Especially if Asiaj , the Assistant Branch Rental Manager is there! Shout to you for making mine and my husbands experience a great one! We need more people like you in this world! We could tell that you weren’t there just for the money. You put all of you in what you do and that means a lot. We don’t have much of that in this world anymore. Thank you for taking your time with us and answering all of our questions. You are amazing at what you do! If you ask me, this girl needs a raise!! Thanks again for everything! You rock!! I will definitely recommend y’all and her to everyone I know needing a rental car!

I made reservations 2 months prior to my trip, they called me 3 days before to confirm. They then called me the morning that I was suppose to pick up my vehicle to tell me that they had contracted out all of their 15 passenger vans to the military. They were very rude when I asked how they were going to fix the problem and why they waited until the day of to tell me. They did absolutely nothing to help me. I had to scramble to find another van from another location that was no where near me.

Very disappointed. The prices they wanted to charge me $450.00 to rent for 1 week!!! I said it's a car payment...I don't want to buy the car. What happened to the $27/day? I thought it was outrageous!

Friendly staff. Checked off all boxes before renting you a car and even brought the car to us. Not sure of the charges or fees due to insurance covered it all by way of a wreck that totaled our current vehicle the week prior. There was an important piece of equipment left in the rental (unaware) upon returning it to them. Before getting home, they called and notified us of the item left in the vehicle. Thorough and trust worthy employees. Thank you guys for the help and being honest with personal belongings being forgotten and left in your top notch rental. I want a Rav4 now. The rental changed my mind on them!
