The food was ok, nothing to brag about. At least one of the soda dispensers only put out water, no soda. The drink area was filthy. Trash on floors. We didn't see any adults working, just what appeared to be teens. The boy who was supposed to be manning the register and helping with orders couldn't stay off his phone long enough to do his job. He wasn't familiar with how to make the ice cream orders. He kept coming out to the dining area to do whatever it was he was doing on his phone. When he would go in the prep area, he would have his eyes on his phone the whole way back there. He put it down long enough to take our order, and then picked it back up in front of us while my husband got his card out to pay. So unprofessional. He needed to pull his pants up. They had a sign up saying cards only. No cash. My first thought was that they didn't want to deal with counting cash or didn't know how. This place needs new management! I have read bad review after bad review on this place. Instead of giving the same standard prepared response of we're sorry and we hope you will give us another chance, why don't you send someone out from corporate to solve the problems? This DQ is at a busy truck stop, so there is potential there. We will not stop there again....unless we see a strain of positive reviews.

Not very clean or hygienic, I’ve eaten here a couple times but I won’t be back. I watched the young lady that was preparing my food, stop while fixing my order and take her phone out of her pocket and answer a text message and go right back to fixing the food without washing her hands. I threw the food directly in the trash. The second time I went there a customer was playing with the condiments on the counter while bare handed and no face covering. Nasty place, I won’t go back. Follow up: After the reply I got, I thought I would give the place a second chance, wrong move, it was worse the second time. I like DQ but avoid this location.

If there was a 0 star option I would give it. This is the worst Dairy Queen there is just kids running it not knowing what they are doing just playing around I waited in drive thru for a while no answer then I proceeded to pull up to the window waited more made eye contact with the kids working there they just held a finger up at me twice they didn’t have any customers standing on the inside finally one came to the window and said drive thru is closed… it’s sad I really like Dairy Queen but this location is a joke!

They were short staffed and the drive thru was closed. I don’t mind walking in especially when it’s for ice cream. However, you should still put out a quality product even if you’re short staffed. Not the best blizzard I’ve ever had. I ordered a Reece’s Extreme and it wasn’t close to being extreme. Very little toppings and they didn’t really mix it. The last half of my blizzard was nothing but ice cream. I’ll give them another chance if I’m in the area. Hopefully they’ll do better next time.
