Overall the rooms were clean. There was meat left stuck to a pan and prescription meds left in a bathroom drawer from a previous occupant. Customer service was top notch though. The lady at the front desk deserves a raise for her cheerful personality. I won't be back though because of the tiny parking spaces in the garage.

We just spent our week long vacation here for the 3rd year in a row. Every year we have been able to stay in the same room which is on the corner and we love it. It has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a full kitchen and living room. We absolutely love staying here and will continue to do so! Highly recommend checking it out!

Very disappointed in this place. Used Capital Resort Club points (a very large amount of points, I might add) and did not check into the type of room that was promised. No king bed, no ocean front unit, and no full kitchen. This was after calling twice to verify accommodations. Expressed my concerns to front desk - no satisfaction. Called Capital. Guess what their response was. They asked if I talked with the front desk to correct things? Don't know whether to blame Capital or Seaside Resort, but someone pulled a fast one on us. Very upsetting to a 70+ year old couple that feels like we've been taken advantage of. Won't be back!

We used our points from our time share to stay here for a week. Upon arrival the room we were given had stains on the carpets, couch and walls. We asked for a new room but we were told they could not move us. After a few days there we started to feel ill. We noticed that the room was very dusty. We called the front desk and asked for them to clean the room and filters. They changed the filter only. The room where the HVAC is was filled with dust clinging to the walls, pipes everywhere. We called again and asked for a vacuum. They left the vacuum at our door. So we had to clean the room ourselves. Proceeded to also clean out the HVAC room. Then my son tells me that his toilet is leaking. Called maintenance no one came. So I had to fix the toilet as well. We ended up leaving several days early had everyone in my family started to feel sick. Upon check out my wife told the lady at the front desk and she just told her that is the room they use for timeshare swaps and they are not allowed to switch rooms regardless. So they are fine sacrificing the health of guests for some corporate policy.
