I came into this place walk in. I suggest you check in. You could sign your self online and not show up for hours and then walk in in front of everyone that has been waiting for hours and be seen. But if you check in and come back at the said time they will still see people in front of you. This all happened while I waited my whole time. Then there were people who just waited and waited while the line piled up to do their next cut. You could see who was really wanting to work for the money. It use to not be this way. I do not recommend it unless they update their process. If a checked in person isn’t here they should not be counted at the name call. We have had okay cuts, some good cuts and some horrible cuts here. It was the convenience that brought me back on a Sunday. IF you want to waste your time for several hours while their nonsense check-in occurs then come here. It will be my last resort before I return.

It's great clips. They cut hair. This store is very busy. You probably want to check in on line and see how long the wait is.

I went in and there were 4 people in front of me , and the lady said it would be 30 to 35 minutes , i said thats fine, ill be back in a few minutes, i ran and got gas, during that time my husband came in to sign in to get his haircut, i come back 10 minutes before the time they told me too, and i husband said they called your name and went to someone else. I stood in line and told another lady the other lady said 30 to 35 minutes,she looked at me and said i put you in again it will be another 30 minutes, i had a doctors appointment and said never mind. I didn"t yell or cause a scene or anything. i just left because of my appointment right next door to the duke medical center.My husband was still there and the employess looked at each other and smiled and said i was a ignorant person. My husband would of stayed to get his haircut but he thought that was rude to express themselves in front of other employess and customers. that is very unprofessional. I dont know why the site wants me to post a picture i didnt get my hair cut there and never will
