I quit eating here because the quality is sub standard. My pan pizza was dry and had barely any sauce. The crust was as tuff as a bagel, not soft and buttery as it should be. Dipping sauce was cold. At least your still consistently bad.

Overall decent, wish I would have had a little more sauce on my Detroit Pizza. Next time I order I'll ask for extra !

I'm not happy after getting a carry-out from here. I love Pizza Hut but they aren't good at making custom pizzas. An hour back, I ordered an Ultimate Cheese Lovers customised to have marinara sauce instead of white garlic sauce. They gave me the standard one with white sauce (photo attached) I repeated the order 3 times and the lady read back to me. Everything was noted down perfectly. But why wasn't it made that way? Am I supposed to open the box there and check what sauce is there in my pizza? A very common problem not at just this PH location but other locations as well throughout the US. 6/10 times, the custom pizzas turn out to be different than the order.
