Positive: Great beds! in chlorine (our family of 4 arrived at 9:05 to swim) and told we would have to wait for 20 min to disperse.We waited and the man did other things to the pool I asked if was ready after 30 more min-wasn't. He said opened at 10am! We left-AL Negative: The second night of our stay, I checked with the front desk about pool hours and was told from 9 a.m.-10 p.m. We were intially going return home at 9 a.m. but decided to wait and enjoy the pool for a few min. Positive: Overall a good nights stay.Hotel room is nicely sized, beds were comfortable Negative: The main problem was the elevator wasn't working. Luckily we are fit and able to carry our suitcases up 4 flights of stairs.

The hotel was very clean and well kept. I requested to not be disturbed and it was honored. I wish the fitness room was a bit bigger, but other than that I was well satisfied with my stay and will be returning for work requirements.

My experience at the Hotel was horrible and unforgettable. For business purposes, my husband and I paid for a 3 night stay along with two dogs over 25lbs each. After a long 2hr 30min commute, we arrived and checked in late that night after 10pm. The bill was paid upfront upon arrival. The next morning, my husband went to visit our vehicle. Upon the trip, he noticed that our vehicle was broken into through my glass window. This unforeseen and unfortunate incident took place along with 5 other guest's vehicles. Not even made aware by Staff, the Police had already been over to take statements from the other 5 guess victims. During the time of the incident, Staff distanced themselves from my husband & I and displayed no remorse of the situation. This is a 24hr Hotel, but yet this incident took place without any accountable Staff Member. WARNING:: DO NOT visit this Hotel because all they care about is the money and NOT the safety of their customers.
