I have live here for just over a year and I am very happy with my choice. My apartment size is great. When something breaks they fix it quick. The new manager Jonathan is fast with helping when ever I had a problem. Their putting in new washers and gave us lots of notices in advance so we could be ready. I am not sure why people complain about this stuff. They want to make the apartment nicer so let them do what they need to! Over all I am happy I decided to stay for another year.

Great customer service here, went in for some information about the complex around a week ago and its surroundings. Little lady in the front was talking it up like it was her own place or she lived there, pretty sure her name was Kim. It’s way out of my price range, but if this goes past google and to somebody in the works y’all should check her out…she almost got me in there even after telling me the rates 😅

Applied at Kannon Station Apartment Homes with my niece. We took a property and apartment tour of a two bedroom and two bath apartment. We were confused that we couldn’t find find our proposed apartment number. Upon calling the leasing office and speaking with Slick Jonathan, he advised that our apartment was not at this location but at their “other” property McLain Heights Court. When I checked out THAT property it looked like a slum and had no pool. NO ONE would pay $1310 a month for that Slum. I do believe it is probably Section 8 Housing. I did not appreciate the clear BAIT AND SWITCH. We will not be moving in that McLain property. I’m so glad I asked questions. Honesty from the start would have been much better. This was a terrible way to do business. On top of that we both paid a $50 application fee and I was expected to pay a $100 apartment “holding” fee. Thankfully, that was not paid. I have asked for the the application fees to be reimbursed due to their dishonesty, but after what they did, I expect nothing.

Great experience living there. Kimberlin, the leasing manager there is amazing. She does her job really well and does her very best to make my stay great. She answer any and all question professionally and is a very well mannered understand individual. 🙏🙏 I've recommended already my family that wants to move to NC to come to Kannan Statios. Thanks !
