The customer service attitude is very unpleasant. They are loud, obnoxious, and unhelpful. I asked if someone could help me in the garden center and was told, “I don’t know. I just came in.” I am not sure what I am supposed to do with that info. So disrespectful. Since the employees were not helpful, a couple of customers who saw our interaction tried to help me find what I needed. Then as I was checking out, the cashier finished the transaction before I could type my phone number in to link the purchase to my account. I said I hadn’t finished putting my info, and she said, “Sorry, too late.” I thought about mentioning my experience to the store manager, but since most employees at this location are like this, I doubted he was different, and I just gave up. I just need to drive out to other stores from now on. Very disappointing.

Always love going to Lowes when I get a chance. They literally having everything I need except gloves it's like buy a 30 dollar pair of gloves or buy ones that dissipate after 3 hours of hard work.

Stop to pick up AC filters late on a Tuesday evening. Nobody in the back of the store but one guy who was a trainee in appliances. He said check out 35 or 36. He hadn't learned the story yet. Asile 35 was the answer. Gold Star. In this category no one gets a five except the mom and pop stores.

Tracy person, assistant manager absolutely terrible! Worst customer service ever ! Sad how Lowes promotes PRO. Yet they have staff incompetent. I hope Marvin reads this review. I am part of the PROS program spend a lot of money in this store and to go and literally be denied any sort of help is absolutely disgraceful. Very unprofessional to compare hourly to salary employees I believe this man def doesn’t deserve to have any type of leadership with his behavior, attitude and demeanor. Literally didn’t even attempt to help my request however I walk to the PRO section and the cashier Jeanne was such a sweetheart kind amazing very helpful considerate and went out of her way to help me and my family. Those little things that matter the most. LOWES I HOPE THIS NEVER HAPPENS AGAIN

Depends on the location. Sunbelt rentals has some stand alone rentals at some Lowe's locations
I'm not sure but check their website or the nearest Lowe's.
Boycott racist lowes
The dead plant, your receipt, and if you used a card to pay for the plant. Then see someone in customer service
Really? Go to the plumbing dept. and look around. 3 aisles. That's all you have to walk ride or limp through.
I would think that they would be in the electrical section, if not there try the pro section. You can always ask questions so that you can get exactly what you need
