I loved this small Southern restaurant! The fried chicken was amazing! I also love their ranch dressing. I definitely want to go back again. I love the home atmosphere feeling. If you go their definitely try their fried chicken!

So after hearing good things about this place, we had to check it out. Unfortunately it was the last time. The only highlight was the friendly staff. But, it was just ok food. The setup was strange and old (in worn out way). Basically you walk through a narrow passage, elementary school cafeteria style, and sometimes you grab your food and sometimes they serve you. At the end, honestly, I was expecting a chocolate milk carton style. I didn’t get it. The food was at best mediocre. They close at 7:30 on Fridays. And I can’t even imagine how this place will survive with what they are putting out. Call me confused, but no thanks. It could use a full update inside, outside, and quality of food. Sadly, Golden Corral is much better. Hard to even say that, but it’s true.

Just ate there after about 3-4 years ago for Dinner. Absolutely disgusting, food was tasteless and basically tasted like the can they came out of. No seasoning what so ever. Meatloaf was nothing but filler. Yams were ice cold and again out of a #3 can. White corn was canned and under cooked hard. Country steak was very fake tasting and very salty. I am sorry but the truth is it was barely heated can food. I know corners have to be cut but cutting quality ain't the place to start. Embarrassing to excitedly take friend there. Nothing like the past. And to make it worse, two meals was $40 bucks and wasn't worth half that. I'm sorry to slam but can't hold back what we just experienced. Don't do it. Julia would cry.

Always like trying local places. Went there for lunch with my wife I got a piece of Salisbury steak and a small chicken breast with a side of mashed potato and gravy and some broccoli cheese casserole. Steak was dry everything was edible. Enjoyed the broccoli cheese casserole. Also had an apple dumpling for dessert. Meal was approximately 15 bucks. Overall it filled my belly not dying to go back. Been there done that now. The place is very roomy we were there during Sunday lunch after church was very busy with cars but still had plenty of tables

Couldn't suggest a better priced family style home away from home restaurant! Highly recommended. 😊
I have been there tastes like it just came out of the can. For 2 people norm 20.00.
Servers wear masks, tables are 6-7 ft apart.
No but you can call ahead
