I try my best to understand when people or staff have a bad day, but genuinely some of the rudest staff work here. Me and my boyfriend went through the drive thru and the woman there was extremely rude to him, very snappy. Asked for hot fudge in our mcflurry, they acted as if it was a problem even though we were paying for it (it is extremely simple - I worked at mcdonalds near the Walmart in statesville when I was younger). At the window, they handed us the wrong mcflurry, took it back, no big deal...then handed us the one we wanted except with no hot fudge like we paid for. My boyfriend kindly asked for some, and they hand it back to us with caramel in it and rush off. We ordered two things. Yet another place in Troutman I have to cross off. This is store is a frequent miss.

Absolutely rudest staff that I’ve ever encountered. They then proceeded to charge me in the app and then wanted me to also provide my card which ended up as a double charge. The lady in the drive through was absolutely hateful and continued to run her mouth without a manager putting a stop to it.

Kiosk only. More expensive because of high pay for employees. The little ham on the egg Mcmuffin was almost see-thru. Like that the small medium and life drinks are all $1 because they are really all the same size.

I have stopped twice to get a Mocha frappe, I stop yesterday june 24 2022, they told me they don't make them anymore. I went to Mooresville at Mcdonald and got my Frappe. So why does Troutman not have the frappe
