I was not impressed with this location. Staff shortage, which is to be expected now, but after specifically asking about an item and then ordering that item it was still wrong. Our server never checked on us during the entire visit. One member, who was helping everywhere, was the only one who checked on us. She even told the lady who took our order what was wrong, and no attempt was made by the server to fix it, apologize for the mistake or anything. Will NOT be going back. To the lady who did everyone elses job....5 stars.

Curbside was ineffective. Everyone had to go in and pick up their take out and we had to figure that out after waiting 30 minutes past the time our dinner should have been ready and brought out. The text and call feature for curbside was not accurate due to lack of employees working;no one came outside after text check-in and no one answered the phone from the number the text message said to call if any issues. Basically, don't go out bra-less, shoeless, and expecting to stay in your car. You may have to go in. My food was cold. I do have compassion though for everywhere that is short staffed. So this isn't a bad review, just an informative one so that you do not make the same mistake as me, barefoot and free. Be prepared. This was also a Fri night. Busy, understaffed, and still the food was good! Thanks Chili's staff for your hard work!!!

We waited up front in an empty restaurant for 10 minutes (yes, we timed it) and we were not greeted and not sat. Several employees came out the back looked at us and turned back and just walked back into the back like they hadn't seen us. Update:We ordered waters while we perused the menu. The waters took awhile to be brought by the hostess. Our server never came to the table and we waited more than 10minutes. Multiple other tables had their drinks brought and orders taken. Various employees wandered around the restaurant and were messing around. The bartender was mixing something in a large bucket on the bar, which seemed odd. We asked if the waters were free (just in case) then walked out on them

The management at this Chili's has been on a progressive downwards spiral in the last year. The managers are literally clueless on how to run a restaurant! They have chased away nearly all of their servers who had any level of competence by hiring these kids who could care less about doing their jobs and loading all the work these kids who don't want to work into what good servers they had left then because management lacks the ability to perform their own jobs they screw up and try to pin issues on servers. I know probably the best server they had who worked there for four years just quit over management trying to pin their incompetence on her. Good luck having a good experience at this Chili's anymore. Mark my words if you choose to dine at this place.
