Absolutely horrible experience. Came in around 5:30, used self checkout, had an error which required a team member, but had already partially paid for gas with my card at that specific terminal. The cashier was a younger teenager who repeatedly stepped away from the counter and around the corner to use his phone or whatever else, every time the line at the front counter cleared up; all the while the computer is yelling across the store "Assistance Required". The final tilting straw was when I went to the food counter and was treated stupid by the worker and told that I just needed to wait my turn like everyone else. Didn't leave till almost 6

Car wash 03/30. Stopped by to get my truck washed before I went to work. Swiped my card and chose $15 wash. Receipt printer not working should have been my first clue. Door opens and I pull in, all good right? Nope not even close, sprayed soap on drivers side then rinsed truck off and flashed arrow to leave. No time to go in to see a manager especially with no receipt, had to get to work. So paid $15 for what could have been done with a garden hose, smh. We do alot of business here inside and out, but things on a whole have been going downhill. Might be time to support a different store.

Food is good but they got some young dudes working there that always give me the cardboard straw for a dang frozen latte. Anything coffee related needs a plastic straw!

Horrible service. I stop at various Sheetz locations in NC often & this 1 takes the cake for rudeness. They were completely out of cups at the soda fountain & there was a long line at the register with only 1 cashier so I asked at the MTO counter about cups. I said "excuse me" to get the employee's attention. She kept her back to me, but sort of nodded so I asked if they had any cups behind the counter. She said "nope." I asked if they were completely out & she said "yep." Not a single other word, she never turned around, nothing. I understand her not asking anyone else if they had been out for a while & she knew there were none, but at least explain that or maybe just face the person you're talking to. We've had small service issues at this location before, but apparently that's just how they run this store. There are other gas stations / convenience stores on this exit & there are other Sheetz locations at nearby exits. Don't waste your time here! Stop at Hickory Tree Rd or go into Lexington.
