Fast service but dirty inside!! Trays, booths, tables, windows, bugs in windows where you sit, sauce packets were so dirty I didn't even want to open them/touch them.

Was great... but now suffers from lack of customer service and over-cooked dry food. Thought it was a one-time bad day, so I kept returning... nope. Definitely a permanent change.

Zaxby's has gone down in the quality of food. I ordered a wings N things plate with BBQ sauce on the boneless wings..the sauce was super salty as well as the tenders batter was even worse..the fries weren't hot at all. I didn't enjoy my meal as much as I thought I would and we all know that it can be really expensive for a family of 4 or 5 to eat there. On the up side the inside of the restaurant was really clean tho...maybe (if there is a next time) the food will taste better.

Occasionally they will close the dining room because of being short staffed and only have the drive thru open. They are all wearing masks on the front line and kitchen. No self served drinks, if you need a refill they will give you a new cup. They do have inside dining with full menu. As well they have hand sanitizer as soon as you walk in.
My experience is the same in Lexington but the Salisbury location they are very friendly
Very limited... Recommend the wings and things.... But not gluten free.
