Juli at the asheboro location was so so nice and funny! She had worked a 14 hour day and was funny and such a delight to talk to to! Can’t wait to go back! 10/10 experience.

My family ordered our food we sat there for 42 minutes waiting they hadn't even cooked my chicken strips and my family's food was sitting on the counter getting cold. Said I wanted our money back and the manager copped an attitude and said I'm cooking them now. But it did not matter because my family's food was cold already then she come out and through the keys on the counter for the cashier and walked off and didn't even say a word to us the cashier couldn't figure out how to return our money and had to call corporate which took my name and number and said they would call me tomorrow! I guess we will wait and see. I will not be going back there. It would be different if they were busy but there was only two people in front of us and no one else in the building..... Received an email today from Zaxby's they said they'd like me to contact the store and speak with the general manager. Which is kind of funny since the general managers the one that was the rudest in the whole store and no anyone that's reading this the corporate office that was supposed to contact me never did stay away from Zaxby's because they really don't care about their customers or someone would have called me back and not sent me a generic thank you for replying about Zaxby's so we can better ourselves

The staff here at the East Dixie Drive Zaxby's have to be the best! I've been frequenting this location for a little over a year now. At the beginning, still under pandemic restrictions, their dining room was of course closed, and staff was at a miserable 2 to 3 -maybe- at any given time; these staff members, whether still there or not, and the ones that are currently there, have been put through the wringer by rotten customers. I work right next door, and not once in the year have I ever had one issue from them. Always polite, honest, and doing the absolute best they could with what circumstances had been thrust upon them. I commend this locations team effort and will be seeing you for lunch!!

Used to be one of my favorite restaurants. It has declined horribly! I know everyone is looking for help but they can't get an order right to save their lives! Over and over and over they get it wrong and if you try to go through the drive through you need to block off at least a half an hour to do so. I'm so disappointed in the place and have no idea how they are still in business. Prices used to reflect the quality and service and it is absolutely overpriced now.
