Store was very nice, kept clean, friendly staff. I would advise against going inside around lunch time, seemed very busy, but most places are these days. Will visit again, probably drive-thru though.

We went in to get a quick dinner for our family. We had 2 different orders. After taking the first order had to wait to order second order until after the first order was already delivered. The first order took 10-15 minutes, so by the time the second order was ready we were ready to leave. I always thought fast food was much quicker then over 30 minutes for 2 orders. Definitely not going to be visiting again the Jack in the Box in Dallas, NC again!!!!!

Good was over cooked and dry but somehow the buns was soggy and gross. Fries had an obvious freezer burn with old unchanged oil flavor. Staff was okish but seriously hating there job

Took at least 30 minutes to place order. Another couple left dining room and went to drive thru to get order quicker. Cashier had the audacity to ask me if I was ready to place my order. When I FINALLY got my food, the rest of the group I was with were already done. Burger was okay, stuffed jalapenos were overcooked.
