We were told you have to take your own trash out to dumpster. They don’t do housekeeping at all, no daily room cleanings, no one to bring towels for a period of 5 days. Good prices but horrible service.

AVOID THIS HOTEL LIKE THE PLAGUE!!! I checked in on a week stay and the first room they put me in was dirty. the door needed to be forced to close completely. the window screen was messed up and I had to fix it in order to close the window. If that wasn’t enough, there were 2 roaches that I killed in the first night in the room and I had to kill 11 roaches the second night. They moved my room and it was cleaner but still dirty (at least there were no already dead roaches in this one). It took until nearly 10 PM, but the roaches started showing themselves again at this point, and I killed my first one in the SECOND room they put me in (by this point, I kept the lights on to discourage the nocturnal pests, sprayed a diluted mint extract to repel the roaches, and laid out a few gel bait traps that I purchased myself just for some sort of peace of mind). This extended stay hotel is disgusting and I recommend just paying more and staying at a better hotel. Not worth the lower nightly/weekly rate at all. I would give 0/5 stars if I could. DISGUSTING!!!

It is rapidly turning into a roach motel with 4 star prices. I think the staff tries to do a good job but upper management is failing them. Proper inspections would get this place up to speed. The staff needs to be properly trained on how and what to clean.

Checked in last week after booking through expedia, reviews seemed really good. When I arrived woman at front desk was extremely slow in finding a room to give me, when she finally gave me the key I went to the room and door was open a couple of inches and room not made up and filthy. The door was obviously broken and not even capable of closing. went back to front desk and woman was rude and said they had no other rooms. I asked for a refund and was told I had to go back to expedia, so I asked her to at least document in the computer and give me something in writing. She was extremely rude and finally gave me a note with no date, name or letterhead. I had to ask that she put her name and date on it. I've been fighting for over a week to get a refund, contacted the Mgr of hotel who sp far has not gotten back to me and only made excuses. Expedia even contacted hotel after many unsuccessful attempts to get someone to even answer the phone. The admitted the door was broken, no other rooms but won't agree to a refund. This place is the worst customer service and one of the dirtiest hotels I have ever seen. I've tried several times to contact the corporate offices, the entire organization is horrible!

Yes, but I agree with Michael about negotiating with the GM. Don't try to get a price from anyone else because they will either tell you that there's a limit on length of stay or quote you a higher price.
I dont know but i would find another place this one is nasty and they have no hairdryers and the kitchen had nothing in it. So take my advise dont stsy here you will be disappointed.
