Horrible customer service Food sitting on counter ...cashier made minimal effort too find out whom it belong too. Card reader frozen no way too pay but Cash. No one's tells you this until you wait in line for 25 minutes...it's a shame

There was not one clean table in the place. They were out of orange juice, chicken nuggets, and chicken tenders. We ordered 2 fries and got 4. The bun for the brisket was the size of a slider bun. In general it was very dirty everywhere. We like Arby's but are very glad we were just passing through.

The service was excellent, the food still isn't quite to my liking. A bit expensive for the portions (not the stores fault), and I think a bit bland. Sauces were not put on my sandwich which didn't help any.

This is an easily accessible, reliably good place to eat whenever we stop in Wytheville. It's about halfway to anywhere we go from Ohio to the eastern coast, so we've had years of experience. They always seem to have a friendly staff and good food.
