I come to this location often for my favorite southern charm burger. Its always delicious and made right. I receive great customer service from the front area staff and the food comes out fast.

I seriously feel that red robin has lost their cha4m at least in this location. We had burgers and fries about a month ago and they tasted very well. We again went to restaurant a week back and the burger lost its grace, the fries were okay. The steak fries were also not upto mark. For sure, this is definitely not a pizza place. Our experience at this location was not great. But the tropical cocktail was good.

Terrible dining experience here. We practically got out drinks with our food, the appetizer didn’t come until our meal came which was terrible. The food runner was beyond rude and the drink guy gave us a nice eye roll when we asked him for honey mustard. Definitely not eating at Red Robin again. Terrible Father’s Day Dinner and it wasn’t even that busy. Would be more understandable if it was slamming busy..

The staff here were nice and welcomed us as soon as we arrived. I ordered a cocktail that I don’t believe had alcohol in it at all, and if it did, it was very little. My order was messed up the first time, but when I got it the second time, I DEVOURED it in one sitting. It was so good! The onion rings are also bomb; it actually wasn’t a bad meal. I’d definitely give this place another try. They have so many options that look tasty!
