This is the worst office I’ve ever dealt with in my life. I’ve been going back and forth with them since Sept 2021. It is now almost Sept 2022 and I still haven’t made any progress whatsoever. They’ve lost my documents multiple times, they NEVER EVER answer the phone(including the supervisor), and are completely dismissive in general. These are the people responsible for the livelihoods of other? Housing for families is not something to be dismissive or unreliable about. Extremely upset and disappointed and I will be complaining to every and anybody I can, including FHEO, The Ombudsman, and any other higher authority agency.

The caseworkers are amazing people. Some of the best people. Some of the most wholly beautiful people. Within authority positions are supervisors, whom are often of the Republican persuasion, that deliberately attempt to make federal programs that help people function as badly as possible without anyone noticing and, if so, they lie about it. So, know the programs that exist before you go. The same is true with Social Security and the Arizona Department of Economic Security, or DES. They make it harder to get and stay on government assistance benefits so we serve them, flaming fajitas, and the smarter we are the better we are cripple, our voices taken by timed-slavery which they would never do. All of northern Nevada is the same way. People sitting there with sick smears like we can't do anything about their secret-society motives. We can do many things about it. Do #vote. May luck be with you. May compassion persevere.

This is the worst place I’ve ever dealt with not only a few years back did the lady in the front desk lie to her manager about me being rude to her and almost got me kicked off the program, but good luck trying to get anyone to answer the phone to find out where you are on the waiting list. Been trying to get ahold of them 2 weeks and no answer just get put to voicemail no matter what time of day if it’s 8am all the way till closing time it seems they like to send you to voicemail every time. They have no respect for their clients at all most rude people I’ve ever came across when I’ve been nothing but respectful. Guess this is what you can expect from their ghetto customer service

IS THERE A FASTER WAITING LIST FOR THE LOW INCOME OF $920.00 FOR THE ELDERLY SICK WITH COPD AND WILL BE HOMELESS IN THREE DAY'S?
Just go to them and submit an application for housing and the application will determine whether you are qualified and what the qualifications are and how long the waiting period maybe
For me personally, Francisco Garza, went above & beyond in making sure he could locate & get me established into a residence. A person has to make the effort to locate HUD approve housing but information for these properties can be provided to you.
You can't give them a 30 day notice for up the compressor.if they have been paying rent on time and haven't missed and good tenant then you have to have a really great reason to give them a 30 day notice.
Is it on thier contact to change them? If not ... not a thing you can do.
