If your gonna get something to go don't do the mobile order and do curbside pickup..Placer my order on the app said it would be ready at 943 I pulled in at 940 parked at the number 1 spot and clicked the I'm here button sat till 1006 still nothing and not many cars in drive thru. So I went in to check on my order and the woman behind the counter said we are busy. No sorry we are busy or sorry for the inconvenience here's your food nothing. My food was cold and the drinks ice was melted from sitting so long. Definitely going through the drive thru next time..

Tonight is the last time. This is the 6th time Bojangles has completely destroyed our order. We even stopped going through drive thru bc our order always ends up short. The last two times we physically went in. Order was still wrong. They made fresh white gravy for the biscuits and gravy??, one drop of gravy on the mashed potatoes, missing 2 mashed potatoes and large fry. Manager even refused to come out to speak to us. This place was great before pandemic but no longer. It seems they no longer care about their food or what they serve. The employees are nice and always friendly. That is the only reason for the star. If you want to eat here, go at opening through 1pm. After that you are likely to wait forever for food, get cold food anyway, receive the wrong food, not receive the food at all, or be told they are out of food in general.

This bojangles is in desperate need of an overhaul. The food is getting terrible. The biscuit gravy was brown and super thick like it had been setting under the warmer forever. The tenders were cold, hard and really small, the biscuits hard as rocks, the mashed potatoes again like they had been under the warmer for hours. The fries had no seasoning and the brown gravy they put on the potatoes was also cold and clumped up. I don't get it why serve food like that cause they know people are going g to complain. I guess they just don't care. Well we will not be eating at this location for a long time. Come management get your store back right and coprate time to step up....

We stopped in Bojangles in Galax Friday May 13th about 7:15 pm. My husband ordered the 2 piece meal. The chicken breast was very dry. Someone had spilled a drink in the middle of the order aisle. The girl taking the order out to the cars seen it but no one mopped it up. Looked like it had been there for a while. You had to walk around it to pick up your order. Very unsafe. The boy in the back cooking had long hair about 6 inches past his shoulders. Any body who works around food is supposed to have their hair up off their neck. All the girls had their hair up and had Bojangles hats on. He had on a toboggan with all his very long hair down around his shoulders. One girl was was saying she wasn't staying until 11:30. They don't care that we can hear them out in the dining room. They need to be more careful.
