My husband went to Lowes early this morning to pick up some things as well as make a payment on his Lowes Credit Card. He has been very critical of Lowes in general in the recent months, but he raved about the young girl who assisted him this morning. The only identification he has is the sales #S1072LNK 4218409, transaction 47665619. He said she was extremely pleasant, very knowledgeable regarding the system and procedures, and very young. She was fast and efficient, and for him to even mention her, she must have been awesome. I know Lowes gives employee awards, and we feel that she is very deserving of some type of recognition!

I'd like to see more products made USA Like Klein tools And I'd like it easier to find an associate to help I'd like to see the app that doesn't require so much personal information Just to find things in the store Since it's hard to find an associate(s) USA products also help with Veterans Please keep that in mind

DO NOT BUY APPLIANCES! I had the same experience others have had with their appliance delivery service. We had a fridge that was supposed to be delivered 30 days ago, they didn't call or anything to let us know it wouldn't come on the scheduled day. So I called and they pushed it back 2 weeks, day before delivery when I'm supposed to get a call to schedule a time window, nothing. So I called and it go pushed back again, now it's the new delivery date and they said 8-12 was the window. Still waiting at 4pm for the fridge to get here. The 3rd party service they use is terrible and won't tell me anything except the driver will call when he's 30 minutes away. Lowes manager wasn't helpful either, spent 30 minutes on hold to talk to someone just to have them say yeah it's on the truck, it'll get there eventually. Terrible service, I've always been a loyal lowes customer but I'm going to rural king or tractor supply from now on.

My wife and I purchases a chest freezer went back 7 days later to pick it up even though they wrote on the box sold to duncan they sold it anyway..we have $1200 of meat being delivered tomorrow only thing lowes can say sorry about your luck. Talked to customer service they called the store manager Matt he said he miraculously found a freezer in Fairlawn but it wouldn't be delivered until thursday.. I have meat coming teusday..they didn't care.. I'll take my business to home depot or 84 lumber I've never seen such incompetent people like the idiots in galax store!!!!!!
