Very poor customer service by Dan at the McHenry, IL AT&T store:didn't greet us courteously at all; gave us no information whatsoever about phone features and/or options; and offered no information about prices or any affects on our existing contract. In short, was borderline rude and totally uninterested in helping us. I will be hard pressed to return to this store; I will either drive to the Crystal Lake store or deal directly with Apple and their stores in the future!

There's no going back, only forward with AT&T Mary (Tier 1 Uverse Tech) regarding Free Elite Virus protection. She was able to decode and reinitialize the original Account setup. While keeping the conversation very simple to understand. Very pleasant and untouchable patience.
