I literally got tires there 7 months ago and they messed up my alignment so I hade them fix it and it wasent fixed and now fast forward 7 months I need my inspection and it didn’t pass because of the tires they are all kids there and I don’t recommend them to ANYONE

We were staying in an RV at a nearby campground and had an interior tire with very low pressure that we couldn’t reach with a normal air handle. I called this Palmyra location and they said they could help me out. We drove there and they immediately had us pull up, they brought a special extension and filled us right up! I asked them how much I owed and they said “Don’t worry about it. Happy to help!” The 2 gentlemen we encountered there, as well the one who answered the phone, were as friendly, helpful and polite as they could be. If we lived locally, we would definitely use this store for all the services they provide.

Definitely recommend Mavis in Palmyra! Went to Mavis in Lebanon and was told my car was to low for an alignment so I came to Mavis in Palmyra and right away Brian and Bryant got my car on the alignment lift and started working on it. This was also last minute for them and they did an amazing job! I will now be coming here for my car services.
