+2 stars for convenience/ location & cleanliness. Minus 3 stars for the broken change machine & the poor experience I had here. 2 weeks ago today, washer #10 had malfunctioned. I was forced to stop the machine using the EMERGENCY STOP switch, and had use another washing machine. Using Google I had found the phone number and was directed to the business answering machine. I had left a detailed message about the malfunctioning machine along with my name and contact information both in the beginning and ending of my message. I have yet received any reply. A week later my girlfriend visited this place, and had to visit the neighboring business for change (due to the broken/ missing change machine). She had explained to that lady about my situation and she responded that she'll let the laundromat owner know about the broken machine. Again, as I write this review it has been 2 weeks to the day this happened and still have not been contacted. I believe I have been more than patient at this point. To whomever owns this laundromat, clearly my lost $7 is more important to you.
